Minimum let 3 nights. 7 nights high season
Departure 10am or before
Arrival 6pm or later
50% of total payable at booking if made more than 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
Balance + £1000 security deposit ( refundable within 10 days of leaving ) due no later than 60 days before arrival.
60% refund at 8 week or more cancellation. None thereafter.
